Chile con Queso

2 Tbsp. Olive oil
1/2 med. Onion, diced
1 can rotel
1 cup (1/2 lb.) cheese, grated
1 cup cream
salt
garlic salt
chile powder
1 Tbsp. flour

Saute onions in olive oil in a medium size sauce pan until limp but not brown. Turn heat to low; add rotel, cream, and cheese. Add flour to thicken. Add spices to taste. Stir until cheese is melted.
