1 Tbsp olive oil
1/2 cup BUITONI® Family Size Pesto Sauce
1/4 cup diced tomatoes
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
mushrooms (optional)

COOK tortellini according to package directions. Drain and toss with remaining ingredients. Serve hot or at room temperature.
