Beef and Mushrooms*
3 lbs stew meat, cubed
1 can (10 3/4 oz) cream of mushroom soup
2 cans (4 oz each) mushrooms
1/2 cup apple juice
1 envelope dry onion soup mix
Combine all ingredients in greased 3 1/2- to 5-quart slow cooker. Cover and cook on low heat 10 hours. Makes 4-6 servings.
