Classic White Bread*

1 cup + 2 Tbsp water
2 Tbsp butter or margarine softened
3 cups bread flour
3 Tbsp dry milk
2 Tbsp sugar
1.5 tsp salt
2 tsp yeast

Select Basic/White cycle. User Medium or Light crust color. Makes 1.5-lb loaf (12 slices)
