Cocktail Party Meatballs*

1 green bell pepper, finely chopped
1 red bell pepper, finely chopped
1 Tbsp minced garlic
1/2 cup Splenda
1/2 cup red wine vinegar
1 Tbsp soy sauce
2 Tbsp quick-cooking tapioca
1/2 tsp kosher salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
2 tsp dried minced onions
3/4 cup water
2 Tbsp tomato paste
1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
1 2-lb bag frozen prepared meatballs, thawed

Add all ingredients except the meatballs to the slow cooker. Mix well, then add meatballs and stir to coat them with the sauce.

Cover and cook on low for 4 hours, stirring 2-3 times during cooking.
