Cheese Biscuits*

Beat together with mixer on medium speed just till moistened 1 cup milk, 2 tsp sugar (or sugar substitute), 1/3 cup mayonnaise, 2 cups self-rising flour. Work in 3-4 Tbsp more self-rising flour just till dough is thick enough to drop from spoon and hold its shape. To this work in now 4-oz shredded sharp Cheddar. Drop by spoonfuls into 10 bumpy little mounds 1" apart on greased baking sheet. Spray tops each in a bit of Pam. Bake at 350&F; 25-30 minutes till golden-brown and at once spray again in bit of Pam and dust at once in garlic salt. Serve promptly. Freeze 3 months. Makes 10.
