Slow Cooker Orange Chicken

• 3-4 boneless chicken breasts
• 1/2 Tbsp salt
• 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
• 2 Tbsp ketchup
• 1 Tbsp Sriracha
• 1 tsp minced garlic cloves
• 2 tsp ginger powder
• 1/4 cup brown sugar
• 6 oz. frozen orange juice concentrate (thaw or throw it in the microwave for 45 seconds)
• 1 pkg frozen stir-fry vegetables, optional

Place the chicken in the crock pot. Mix the sauce ingredients together in a medium bowl, then pour it over the chicken. Cook on low for 3-4 hours.

After about an hour of cooking, remove the chicken from the crock pot and cut into bite size pieces. Return to slow cooker.

About an hour before the cooking is done, place a steamer basket on top of the chicken. Fill with frozen stir fry veggies.

When cooking is complete, stir the veggies into the chicken mixture. Serve over rice.
