Honey Wheat Bread

1 cup + 1 Tbsp water
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/4 cup honey
1 1/2 cups bread flour
1 1/2 cups wheat flour
1 Tbsp + 1 1/2 tsp shortening
1 Tbsp dry milk
1 tsp bread machine yeast

Select Whole Wheat or Basic/White cycle. Use Medium or Light crust color. Do not use Delay cycle.

Makes 1 1/2 lb loaf (12 slices). Per slice: 145 calories, 2 g fat
