Jiffy Corn Casserole

1 can whole kernel corn, drained
1 can creamed corn
2 eggs, beaten
1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix *
1 stick butter, melted (or 1/2 cup oil)
1 cup sour cream
1/4 - 1/2 tsp garlic powder
Shredded cheese

Mix all ingredients. Bake in casserole dish or 9"x13" baking dish at 350° for 30 to 45 minutes or until fully cooked in center.

* Or substitute the following for corn muffin mix:

2/3 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup yellow cornmeal
3 Tbsp granulated sugar
1 Tbsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
