Bacon & Egg Souffle*

5 eggs
1 3/4 cups milk
5 slices bread, cubed
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
1 lb bacon, fried and broken into bits

Brown bacon. Beat eggs, add milk, salt, pepper, then add cheese and bacon.

Grease 8 x 8 inch pan and put bread cubes into pan. Add egg mixture.

Bake at 350° for 30-45 minutes. Serves 4.
