Pasta with Artichoke and Tomatoes*

1 pkg (9 oz) refrigerated, flavored pasta
1 can (14 1/2 oz) artichoke hearts, drained
1 can (14 1/2 oz) stewed tomatoes, Italian style
2-4 cloves garlic, minced or 1-2 tsp ready-to-use garlic
Grated Parmesan cheese

Heat water for pasta

Cut artichokes into quarters.

In skillet combine artichokes, tomatoes, and garlic. Cook over medium heat; heat through.

Cook pasta in the pot of water according to package directions. Drain pasta.

Serve topped with artichoke sauce. Sprinkle with cheese.

Serves 4.
