Chile Rice

2 1/2 cups cooked rice
1 can (7 oz) diced green chiles
2 cups sour cream
1 cup cheddar cheese, grated

Combine all ingredients in large bowl. Pour into a well buttered baking dish. Bake in a 350° oven for 30 minutes, or microwave on high for 5 minutes, or until hot and bubbly.

Serves 4.
