1/2 cup (1 stick) butter
1 tsp hickory smoked salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp garlic powder
2 Tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup lime juice
1 Tbsp dill weed

Place 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts in a shallow baking dish. Melt the butter in a saucepan over low heat. Add remaining ingredients; bring to a boil, stirring frequently. Cook for 5 minutes. Pour the sauce over the chicken and marinate in the refrigerator for 2 hours, turning occasionally. Drain marinade and cook chicken.
